I give my consent to participate in Vivonep Oy's Aapo pilot, having understood the following and having read the privacy policy

I understand that Aapo is an AI-based telephone service and that the voice is a computer-generated artificial intelligence, not a human.
I understand that this is a free and voluntary development-stage trial, which is not a care or healthcare service and is not suitable for emergency situations.
I understand that Vivonep Oy will store my basic details (phone number and first name/nickname) for the purposes of conducting the pilot, and may store non-sensitive profile information (such as hobbies) to improve the quality of conversations.
I understand that I may discontinue my participation at any time without giving a reason.
I understand that I may at any time request information about the data stored about me, correct, delete, or restrict its processing, and withdraw this consent without negative consequences by contacting Vivonep Oy. I may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Please note: the official privacy policy is currently available in Finnish.

I give my consent to calls being recorded for the purpose of developing the service. Audio recordings will be retained for a maximum of 12 months, or until they have been modified so that I can no longer be identified from them, after which the original recording will be securely deleted.

I give my consent to being contacted for research, surveys, or interviews related to the pilot (e.g. theses or other studies). Participation is entirely voluntary and declining will not affect my participation in the pilot. Before any potential participation, I will receive further information about the specific study and will be free to decline at that point as well.
